We love to see felt on show and to get us in the mood for things to come at Convergence we are really looking forward to South West Fashion Festival - an exciting local fashion event designed to promote local designers, artists, photographers and retailers. Many of the models will be wearing stunning felt clothes and accessories created by members of the Bunbury Felters Group so we are thrilled to be involved in this event.
The South West Fashion Festival runs from 24th February 2011 to 26th February 2011.
Venue Bicentennial Square, Bunbury
Parade times are as follows:
Thursday 24th February - 11am and 2pm
Friday 25th February - 1pm, 3pm, 5pm
Saturday 26th February - 10am, 11.30pm, 1pm, 2.30pm
The print in red indicates the shows include our gorgeous felt which appears under the category of "Art to Wear Organic Fashion" .

Wow, I'm wearing a similar piece today. It was made by Jacqui last year. I have just visited from Bunbury Felters other blog. There is lovely, imaginative work on there and now I am looking forward to browsing this one.

The piece pictured by Kerry Gelmi is huge; a great long cape as you can see, but still light as a feather. It certainly is a show stopper.
